REFUND POLICY
~More than 14 days prior to the start of a class session a full refund may be issued on a registration fee.
~Less than 14 days prior to the start of a class session a 50% refund may be issued on a registration fee.
~Once a class session has begun, refunds are not available.
MISSED CLASSES
In the event of student absence, please try to notify the studio by email through the CONTACT US page. Cathedral Art School and Studio does not offer compensatory lessons or classes for absences and/or missed classes that occur due to schedule conflicts, travel out of town, or illness, etc.
In the event that a class has to be cancelled due to instructor illness, etc; the instructor will schedule a make up class.
Artwork pick up
Pottery/clay will be ready for pick up 2/3 weeks after the day it is glazed. All pieces will be held for an additional 3 months to allow time for pick up. Our regular pick ups are normally on Wednesday’s from 4:00 - 5:00pm, please follow along on social media for pick up updates.
Procedure:
~ If you have a friend in class and would like to pick up their pieces you are more then welcome to do so.
